Hey,
I saw http://www.ear-fung.us/2007/01/11/my-new-years-resolution/ and I was wondering where in the Nike+ system you found out how to do that.
I’m using the European system, and so I’m wondering if it’s another US-only function, like trash-talk.

@Mike
At the main Nike+ screen, there should be a link to “make a Nike+ new years resolution”.
After you make a resolution you can click the button near the bottom that says “get ahead” (i know… it’s really cryptic).
Form there they’ll have an option to add the code to your website.
I’m using the Kimili FLash WordPress plug in to display it.
Here’s the code, although you OBVIOUSLY have to put your own resolution ID in the spot where it is asked for (gotten from the website):
<object width="385" height="285"><PARAM NAME=FlashVars VALUE="id=347717878"><param name="movie" value="http://www.nike.com/nikeplus/v1/swf/scrapablewidget/goalresolution.swf" /> <param name="quality" value="high" /> <param name="bgcolor" value="#ffffff" /> <embed src="http://www.nike.com/nikeplus/v1/swf/scrapablewidget/goalresolution.swf" quality="high" width="385" height="285" name="goalresolution" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" FlashVars="id=347717878"/> </object>

Mark,
Great site. I love the Nike+ Stats plugin. Does the widget work for 08 resolutions?
Second question, did you use some kind of fotonotes wordpress plugin for your aquarium page? I am trying to do something similar, but don’t have the php skills or understanding to rework the stuff from http://www.fotonotes.net and include it as a wordpress page. I saw wp-fotonotes in your source and was hoping there is some plugin out there.
Thanks,
Lee
