I Hate You, Time Warner Cable

So I called Time Warner Cable to tell them what has been happening on a consistent basis with my digital cable. Whenever I'm watching something good (go figure, it doesn't happen to the crappy shows) the picture starts pixelating and the sound starts stuttering. Sometimes it goes as far as to black out the screen.

Also, when I change the channel, probably 2 out of 5 times, the picture freezes and I have to channel-up and then channel-down in order to get the show to start playing.

It's so frustrating and is a constant annoyance. It happens at all hours of the day on HD and non-HD digital channels.

When I called, I was on hold for over 45 minutes and the lady basically had me reboot my cable box. Why, Time Warner, do you assume that all your customers are idiots as well? I've tried that multiple times to no avail.

I'd like two (minimum) things from Time Warner:

  1. Fix your broken customer service.
  2. Fix your digital compression issues or give me a new freaking cable box. Don't blame your issues on me.

Here's a little example of what I experience on a daily basis. This is a mild occurrence.
