Wow! I can soooo relate to this! My mom is originally from Russia, and her pronunciation isn’t that great… so sometimes when she’s trying to say “thinking” it sounds like “sinking,” but I know what she means because I’ve lived with her my whole life…
But this is soooooo cool! It makes you think of the Titanic and makes you wonder where those people sending telegraphs were originally from…
